A new generation of architects joins that experience at one table, and AVD Consultants is founded — one office carrying a project from first sketch to final coat.

A hundred projects clear the register: homes, schools, a mosque, a hospital, showrooms. The studio scales from boutique residential work to township masterplans.

Lakhs of square feet stand under construction. The Jamnagar HighStreet and Royal Jam Palace Enclave sit on the boards. The register keeps growing.
